Technical Store Keeper in Tooling Center

Technical Storekeeper – Kanot Logistics Tool Center Job Description * Computerized inventory management and maintenance of stock levels – working with a digital warehouse and internal organizational systems * Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming and outgoing tools and spare parts – including issuing delivery notes * Ensuring proper storage and organization of tools and technical equipment * Monitoring inventory levels and reordering as required to prevent shortages * Coordinating with purchasing and procurement teams to maintain proper stock levels * Performing regular analyses to reconcile physical inventory with system records – stock counts * Assisting in identifying and implementing improvements in inventory management processes * Collaborating with technical teams to understand their needs and ensure adequate inventory availability Job Requirements * Valid forklift license with hands-on experience – mandatory * High level of English proficiency (reading and listening comprehension) – interfaces with experts, English training sessions, and English-based work systems * Previous experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems); familiarity with inventory management software and Office applications * Technical/electrical education – advantage * Knowledge of tools and technical equipment, with mechanical aptitude – significant advantage * Ability to work independently and drive operational processes within the logistics center * Knowledge of standards and procedures related to tool certification (calibration, lifting equipment inspections, etc.) * Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with effective communication abilities with internal and external stakeholders
