We are looking for a Director, Finance and Accounting to join our team.

Join the finance and accounting team @ Guesty. Manage day-to-day local and global accounting responsibilities. Champion the department's AI adoption and automation enhancements. Support the company's growth journey by scaling up processes, controls and compliance, including cash management, revenue recognition and payments. Collaborate with the Information Systems group regarding ERP, Billing and data systems.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience
• Big 4 accounting background
• Understanding and real experience in ERP implementation and maintenance
• Passion for AI, process and automation
• Proven managerial experience
• Public company experience is a plus
