Company Description
The Blavatnik Interdisciplinary Cyber Research Center (ICRC), located at Tel Aviv University. The Blavatnik ICRC also organizes notable events such as Cyber Week and AI Week, bringing together global experts in the field.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Content & conference Coordinator located in Tel Aviv-Yafo.
The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing events including content, coordinating communication with stakeholders, and liaising with international companies to raise conference sponsorship.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Event Planning and Event Management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of cybersecurity or technology events is beneficial
- Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and adaptability to work in an interdisciplinary environment
- Familiarity with cyber research or technology-related topics is an advantage
- High Level of Hebrew AND English.
