Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Traffic Engineer and Modeler. As a Traffic Engineer and Modeler, you will be involved in traffic and transportation planning and designing transport systems. you will also be involved in'working on mainly traffic and transport modelling from microsimulation through mezosimulation and macrosimulation. You will lead or grow up to lead the preparation of traffic studies, modeling, and simulation and be able to choose you own path of professional development within these realms. This role will be located in Tel Aviv-Yafo with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Planning, or a related field
• Experience in transportation modeling, and simulation software such as VISIM, Aimsun, Vissim, etc.
• Experience in traffic forecasting, traffic engineering and impact evaluation
• Excellent knowledge in modeling and analysis software, such as MATLAB and Python
• Proficiency in GIS, ArcGIS, QGIS, or other data processing software
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently on projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
