What is the job:

Looking for a technical education content creator to join the education team in a student position. Position entails creating dynamic and effective training content that will be delivered as instructor led class to systems engineers and as e-learning modules for employees and customers.

Position requires excellent communication and presentation skills along with a desire to further enhance knowledge of versatility and uses of multiple products. Self-motivated to undertake tasks and projects as well as developing content and coursework.

What you need:

• Good knowledge in training authoring tools such as Articulate, Storyline, Rise, etc.
• Fluent English
• Precise and detail-oriented
• Proactive and persistent; able to approach key stakeholders regularly, and obtain required deliverables timely
• Good people skills: be in constant interaction with key stakeholders and get them to cooperate and share their deliverables
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Highly computer literate and advanced knowledge of HTML.
• Proficiency with popular content management systems.
• Responsible

Duties/Responsibilities

• Must be able to work with minimal supervision to coordinate training course logistics and details.
• Work with Articulate training software to create training content for multiple users
• Manage content creations tasks and deliverables, work closely with Project management and Professional services to create relevant content.
• Work with the lab tech to make sure e-learning is running smoothly and effectively based on content and feedback.
• Facilitate development of training materials and deliver training in support of business development, OEM opportunities, and other special projects.
