Tnuva’s Central Recruitment Department provides recruitment, assessment, and internal mobility services to all business units across the Tnuva Group. Our department leads exciting projects in employer branding, diversity & inclusion, sourcing strategy development, academic partnerships, and more.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in advising and supporting hiring managers, while influencing the selection of the most suitable candidates for a wide range of positions. You will also collaborate with our CV Center team, which supports operational recruitment processes such as CV screening and phone interviews.

What the role includes

• Full recruitment responsibility for company sites in the Central and Shfela regions.
• Managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes: from intake meetings and role profiling, through screening and assessment, to final hiring decisions — including close partnership with hiring managers and HR business partners.
• Conducting professional assessments, including behavioral interviews, reference checks, and writing evaluation reports.
• Managing internal mobility and promotion processes.
• Identifying and developing sourcing channels within the assigned geographic area.
• Leading employer branding initiatives and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements

Must‑Have

• A genuine passion for the world of recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree — required.
• At least 2 years of experience as an in‑house Recruitment Specialist, including full end‑to‑end recruitment ownership — required.
• Proven experience conducting behavioral interviews and writing professional evaluation reports — required.
• Ability to independently manage multiple recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.

Nice‑to‑Have

• Experience working in large organizations or matrix environments.
• Familiarity with employer branding initiatives.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies or working with diverse recruitment channels.
• Background in internal mobility processes.
• Knowledge of the Central and Shfela regions’ labor market.
