We are hiring an IT Infrastructure Team Manager for a financial company located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate organizational systems, including databases and storage environments
- Plan and execute backup and recovery processes
- Lead technological projects
- Troubleshoot issues, improve system performance, and oversee ongoing infrastructure and integration activities
- Work with external vendors
- Implement and improve DevOps processes
- Manage a team of Systems, DevOps, and DBA professionals
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in infrastructure
- 3 years of experience managing a team within a large organization
- Extensive experience working with operating systems, databases, storage, and backups
- Experience working with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Experience managing an integration team – an advantage
