Position Summary

We are seeking a versatile and experienced HR professional with strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits, HR systems, and organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage annual Compensation & Benefits cycles
• Conduct market surveys and analyze compensation data
• Lead the implementation of the Hi-Bob HR system, with a focus on the Compensation module
• Contribute to organizational processes and cross-functional HR projects

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a similar HR role
• Hands-on experience implementing Hi-Bob (Bob)
• Strong analytical skills with a systems-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
