We are recruiting a Product Manager for a governmental organization located in the Jerusalem area.

Responsibilities:

Manage software system products for the organization’s units
Lead the product vision and strategy in collaboration with the business client and development teams
Take full responsibility for the product lifecycle end-to-end – from ideation through specification, development, and launch to ongoing maintenance
Manage multiple interfaces and stakeholders
Lead innovation and digital transformation initiatives
Implement advanced solutions while analyzing data and defining business metrics
Manage vendors and budget

Requirements:

4 years of experience in managing software products / complex information systems
Experience working with development teams and managing sprints in Agile and Scrum methodologies
Experience in defining business needs, writing User Stories, building roadmaps, and defining KPIs and ROI
Experience leading change processes and digital innovation in large organizations / in the public sector
Knowledge or experience working with AI solutions and advanced technologies - an advantage
