Product Manager

We are recruiting a Product Manager for a governmental organization located in the Jerusalem area.

Responsibilities:

• Manage software system products for the organization’s units
• Lead the product vision and strategy in collaboration with the business client and development teams
• Take full responsibility for the product lifecycle end-to-end – from ideation through specification, development, and launch to ongoing maintenance
• Manage multiple interfaces and stakeholders
• Lead innovation and digital transformation initiatives
• Implement advanced solutions while analyzing data and defining business metrics
• Manage vendors and budget

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in managing software products / complex information systems
• Experience working with development teams and managing sprints in Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience in defining business needs, writing User Stories, building roadmaps, and defining KPIs and ROI
• Experience leading change processes and digital innovation in large organizations / in the public sector
• Knowledge or experience working with AI solutions and advanced technologies - an advantage
