Payments Operations Manager / Director (B2B Fintech)

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Payments Operations Manager / Director to lead and scale our global payment operations across SWIFT, stablecoins, and local payment rails.

This is a high-impact role at the core of our B2B fintech platform. You’ll own end-to-end execution, manage banking and liquidity partners, negotiate commercial terms, and continuously improve how money moves through our systems — all within a regulated financial environment.

What You’ll Own

End-to-end payment execution across SWIFT, stablecoins, and local rails

Operational controls, reconciliation, and exception management

Relationships and negotiations with banks, PSPs, and liquidity partners

Compliance-aligned processes (AML/KYC, audit-readiness, documentation)

Payment KPIs: settlement times, failure rates, costs, SLAs

Process automation and operational scaling initiatives

What We’re Looking For

7+ years in payments ops, treasury ops, or fintech operations

Deep understanding of cross-border settlement and SWIFT flows

Experience working in regulated financial environments

Strong negotiator — confident pushing banks and providers on fees, SLAs, and spreads

Extremely detail-oriented with structured execution discipline

Organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing escalations

Bonus: Experience working with trading rooms, liquidity desks, or FX workflows
