Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an ETL Developer, with some work from home flexibility. The ETL Developer will design, develop, and maintain ETL processes for seamless data integration, ensuring data consistency and quality across platforms. Responsibilities include working with ETL tools, building data pipelines, developing models for data analysis, and collaborating with teams to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, DataStage, and SSIS
- Strong skills in Data Integration and Data Modeling
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data-driven insights
- Experience in designing scalable and efficient data pipelines
- Knowledge of database management systems and data governance best practices
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and hybrid environments is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
