Director - Financial Due Diligence (M&A) 

We are looking for a highly successful global technology company undergoing significant strategic expansion.We are seeking a high-caliber Finance Leader to own and drive the Financial Due Diligence (FDD) function across their global M&A activities.

• Lead FDD workstreams for acquisitions and strategic investments from initial assessment to closing
• Own Quality of Earnings (QoE), net working capital, debt-like items, and EBITDA normalization
• Identify value drivers & red flags, translating complex data into actionable insights for executive management
• Manage external advisors (Big 4, legal, and valuation firms) to ensure seamless execution
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, FP&A, and Accounting to ensure post-acquisition integration readiness

• 5+ years of experience in FDD, Transaction Advisory, M&A, or Corporate Finance (leadership experience is a must)
• Strong Buy-side experience, ideally within a multinational or high-growth environment
• Deep Accounting expertise (US GAAP / IFRS); CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
• Advanced Financial Modeling skills and a proactive, "hands-on" approach
• Strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously under tight timelines
