Head of Compensation & Benefits

A key strategic role in a leading Nasdaq-listed company, responsible for designing and driving a competitive, fair, and sustainable Total Rewards strategy that supports the company’s business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design salary structures, ranges, and pay transparency - manage compensation surveys and market benchmarking
• Plan bonus programs, sales incentives, short and long-term incentive plans, and equity allocations
• Own benefits, health and wellbeing programs, and global policy frameworks in compliance with labor laws
• Ensure governance, compliance, and enforcement in partnership with Legal and Tax
• Manage the annual compensation budget, financial impact simulations, and communication to employees and managers

Requirements:

• 4+ years in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards, preferably global experience
• Experience with salary structures, incentive plans, equity programs, and market benchmarking
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and governance
• Strong analytical skills and experience with budgets and financial impact simulations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level of English
