We're at that moment right before leaving the garage and scaling fast. We're looking for the right people who live in the digital space, breathe AI, and understand retail/commerce.
We're hiring a junior Startup Operations & Customer Ops Associate to hold the glue between customers, product, data and admin:
• Handle customer tickets and questions, and make sure loops are closed with the team.
• Build basic reports and analyses, and help the team look at the numbers.
• Take care of admin: invoices, forms, meeting scheduling, tracking tasks.
• Use AI tools to summarize, analyze, check and speed things up – as a natural part of your work.
Who you are:
• Organized, fast, self-learner, not afraid of "small" tasks but aware of the bigger picture.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Curious about retail/commerce and AI, and want to enter this world through a broad operations/analytics role.
