Product Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for a technically strong System-Oriented Engineering Professional with hands-on experience in complex, multidisciplinary environments.

This role requires deep technical understanding of computing infrastructure components, including servers, networking, and storage systems, and their integration within large-scale operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track the full lifecycle of computing components (End of Life, End of Support, End of Sales) and plan replacement projects accordingly
• Lead hardware and module replacement processes (SPI & OBS) within complex multidisciplinary systems
• Analyze existing system architectures and technical requirements, ensuring alternative solutions fully comply with system specifications
• Work closely with internal engineering teams and external vendors to validate infrastructure compatibility and performance
• Maintain and update technical specifications, engineering documentation, and production documentation
• Manage transition processes from development to production for obsolete or maintenance-related components
• Identify and remove process bottlenecks to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Practical Engineering degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related field – advantage
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in SPI/NPI processes, Milestones, and Design Reviews within a multidisciplinary organization
• Strong technical background in System and Infrastructure domains, including solid understanding of:
• Enterprise servers and hardware architecture
• Networking infrastructure
• Storage systems
• Integration of infrastructure components within complex system environments
• Experience in building and managing BoMs and working with TeamCenter or similar PLM systems
• Proven experience leading Development-to-Production (D2P) processes
• Experience with Product Data Management (PDM) systems – advantage
• Background in the OEM market; prior experience in OEM companies – advantage
• Experience working in large-scale organizations
