Tech Recruiter | Hybrid | Tel Aviv Area | salary range 11,000-12,000 NIS

A growing technology recruitment services company is looking for a motivated Tech Recruiter to join its expanding team.

This role includes managing end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse technology positions, working directly with business clients (hi-tech companies and public sector organizations), sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting candidates through the hiring process until placement.

You’ll work closely with Account Managers and Delivery teams in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment with strong growth potential.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in tech recruitment — mandatory

• Experience from recruitment agencies / software houses — advantage

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple processes

• Sales mindset — advantage

• High motivation, independence, and strong time management skills

Details:

📍 Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv (first month training in Ra’anana)

🏠 Hybrid — one day remote per week

🕘 Full-time: 8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00

💰 Salary range: 11–12K ILS
