Tnuva’s Compensation & Benefits team plays a central role in shaping company‑wide HR strategy. We provide professional, high‑impact support across all business units, offering exposure to diverse employment models and the opportunity to influence key organizational processes through meaningful compensation analysis and insights.

Role Overview

In this position, you will lead and manage Tnuva’s periodic compensation and evaluation processes, including salary review cycles, bonus programs, and incentive plans. You will build and maintain models for variable compensation, ensuring alignment between organizational goals, employee performance, and budget frameworks. The role also includes conducting deep‑dive HR analytics, supporting HR teams across sites with data and reporting needs, and managing the HR Division’s budget — from planning through ongoing monitoring and control.

Requirements

Must‑Have

At least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or related HR analytics fields.
Strong experience in data analysis and report interpretation.
Bachelor’s degree — required.
Full proficiency in Excel.
