A large global company is seeking an experienced Financial Controller for a key leadership role, acting as the CFO’s right hand.
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for financial reporting, acting as the CFO’s right hand.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Financial reporting for multiple international entities.
- Active involvement in mergers and acquisitions processes.
- Working closely with senior management and external auditors.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Requirements:
- CPA license - mandatory.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience - mandatory.
- Big 4 background - mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Controller in a global, complex organization - mandatory.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) - mandatory.
- Experience in the financial services sector - strong advantage.
- Fluent English - mandatory.
- High integrity, reliability, and discretion.
