A leading organization is hiring a hands-on GenAI Lead to design and build advanced GenAI solutions end-to-end, working closely with technology teams and business units.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate GenAI models (commercial + open-source) and recommend the right approach
- Design GenAI infrastructure (On-Prem/Private Cloud + AI providers)
- Build LLM-based Agents (hands-on) and support development teams as a technical authority
- Implement RAG connected to enterprise data sources
- Recommend tooling for Governance, Security, and FinOps
- Define KPIs (accuracy, usage, cost, performance) and drive continuous optimization
- Hands-on experience with at least 2 leading AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)
- Experience with open-source LLMs (e.g., LLaMA or similar)
- Experience building LLM Agents and implementing RAG
- Strong Prompt Engineering skills (quality, consistency, cost optimization)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and documentation skills (architecture/specs)
- Experience with MCP-based Agents
- Experience in regulated environments (security/privacy/compliance)
- Cloud/On-Prem infrastructure architecture background
