SAP Instructor (24470)

Job Description:

• Training as part of the SAP instructors’ team in a strategic company project, responsible for user readiness and go-live processes across various sites, as well as post–go-live knowledge maintenance.
• Training system users according to training plans and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Training key users/implementers, supporting users during go-live, and developing training materials.
• Delivering training and implementation support as part of the User Readiness program.
• Developing training materials and tools – presentations, manuals, and workshops.
• Providing support and guidance to managers and employees at various company sites during training, implementation, go-live, and post–go-live phases.
• Managing work interfaces with business content experts and project implementation teams.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in SAP system training/implementation – mandatory
• Experience in content development – significant advantage
• Strong training and content development skills – ability to simplify complex processes
• Self-learning ability
• Systemic thinking and understanding of organizational change processes
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-interface environment under pressure
• High proficiency in Office tools and digital training tools
• Good level of English
• Willingness to work extended hours
• Willingness to travel nationwide (company car provided)
