Marketing Manager – Wireless Communications

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with an engineering background in wireless communications to join the Intelligence, Communications, Cyber & EW Division at ELTA Systems.

The position includes:

• Leading internal and external marketing processes, including responses to RFPs, preparation of technical and commercial proposals

• Managing cross-organizational activities with engineering, finance, and legal teams to provide comprehensive customer solutions and presentations

• Participating in and leading ELTA’s booth activities at international exhibitions and identifying new business opportunities

• Providing tailored solutions based on ELTA’s product portfolio

• Leading marketing activities in alignment with the division’s roadmap

• Identifying leads and driving the full marketing lifecycle for new opportunities

What we’re looking for:

• Academic degree in Engineering or Technology – mandatory

• MBA – advantage

• At least 3 years of experience in product management or international marketing

• Familiarity with the military communications market – advantage

• High level of English – mandatory

• Additional languages – advantage

• Background in wireless communications, especially cellular technologies – advantage

• Technical background in system engineering of complex electronic systems, particularly RF – advantage
