Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate role located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Associate will be responsible for supporting the firm in delivering high-quality legal services to clients. Daily tasks include drafting legal documents, providing counsel on compliance and regulatory issues, managing agreements and transactions, assisting in crisis management situations, and ensuring the specific needs of the clients are met. The role requires collaboration with team members and direct engagement with clients to address complex legal challenges in various specialized domains.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Technology, Data Protection, Cyber & IP law
• Experience with corporate and commercial law, including agreements and transactions
• Excellent research, drafting, and legal document review skills
• Strong communication and client management skills, with the ability to understand and address clients' specific needs
• Proven ability to manage regulatory compliance and enforcement programs
• Capable of providing effective legal counsel in high-stakes scenarios, including crisis management
• Familiarity with Israeli legal systems and fluency in both Hebrew and English is required
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree is mandatory; additional certifications related to data protection, cyber security, project management, risk management, are an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment
