🚀 We’re Hiring: Release Manager (Mobile & Web Platforms) 🚀

We are looking for an experienced Release Manager to oversee and coordinate software releases across all platforms. This role involves managing release schedules, driving release processes, and ensuring smooth deployment for Web, Backend, iOS, and Android applications. 📱💻

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

📅 Manage release schedules for annual and quarterly releases across multiple platforms.

🏗 Plan, coordinate, and lead all stages of releases from DEV → UAT → PERF → PROD.

🚀 Handle distribution of releases for Web, Backend, iOS, and Android.

🤝 Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and development teams to ensure readiness for releases.

✅ Coordinate regression, load, sanity tests, and pilot deployments before production rollout.

📊 Lead weekly production forums and status meetings with project managers, DevOps, and stakeholders.

⚠️ Drive risk assessment meetings and manage release-related processes.

🧰 Maintain and improve release management methodologies using tools like Jira, Confluence, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

🔒 Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards.

💼 Required Experience:

3–5+ years in Release Management in large technology organizations.

Experience with Mobile Release Management for iOS and Android.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD.

Experience managing multi-environment deployments.

☁️ Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) – strong advantage.

Solid understanding of CI/CD and DevOps processes.

Experience with Fastlane, App Store Connect, Google Play Console – strong advantage.

Basic SQL / DBA knowledge – plus.
