We’re looking for a Tax & Compliance Specialist to join our Product organization in Tel Aviv. This role sits at the intersection of tax, legal research, compliance, and product development, helping translate complex regulations into practical product logic.

This is a great opportunity for a lawyer or CPA with tax experience who wants to move from traditional advisory work into a product-driven, technology environment.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct international tax and legal research related to equity compensation and global compliance
• Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and R&D to translate tax rules into system logic and AI-native product capabilities
• Help design and prototype tax and compliance policies inside the platform
• Support complex tax and compliance questions from customers, focusing on the practical implications behind them
• Contribute to building and maintaining the company’s global compliance engine and knowledge base
• Help turn complex tax frameworks into clear, scalable product workflows
  
  

• Lawyer and/or CPA, ideally from a tax department
• 1–3 years of experience in tax (internships count)
• Experience from a law firm, accounting firm, or finance/legal organization
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Comfortable working with complex regulatory and tax frameworks
• Curious about technology and how regulation can be translated into product logic
• Collaborative, hands-on, and comfortable in a startup environmen
  
  

• Experience with equity taxation or stock option taxation
• Background in international tax
• Experience working with fintech, legal-tech, or SaaS products
