We are looking for a talented and driven Business Controls Team Lead to lead a team responsible for building, developing, and operating operational controls within the agents’ commissions domain.

What you’ll do?

• Lead a team overseeing the establishment, development, and execution of operational controls related to agents’ commission processes.
• Identify irregular or incorrect payments and detect misconfigurations of agreements in operational systems.
• Initiate and lead cross‑organizational projects to improve control and operational processes.
• Collaborate closely with multiple internal stakeholders while ensuring delivery of targets and high-quality control methodologies.
• Develop and maintain controls using Power BI and Power Query (Excel).
• Analyze complex datasets to identify operational gaps and conduct root-cause investigations.
• Lead cross-functional projects, managing diverse interfaces across the organization.
• Write business requirement documents and lead development with IT and analytics teams.
• Build and implement measurement and control methodologies to strengthen operational governance.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Economics / Business Administration / Accounting or a related field – Must
• Proven experience managing a team – Must
• Strong proficiency in SQL – Must
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Query – Must
• Experience leading projects and working with multiple organizational interfaces
