Our Technology Division is leading a broad transformation strategy across ways of working, with a strong focus on deep business–technology integration.

We are looking for an IT Process Excellence Specialist who can combine business and technological leadership with a strong process, systems, and product mindset.

What You’ll Do

🔹 Partner closely with development and technology teams to achieve goals, improve performance, and increase productivity – accelerating delivery

🔹 Analyze, design, and optimize processes, with a focus on adopting and implementing tools, automation, advanced technologies, and Agile/product management practices

🔹 Identify bottlenecks, organizational barriers, and bureaucratic friction – and work with relevant stakeholders to remove them

🔹 Create a shared language and structured ways of working in a dynamic, evolving technological environment

🔹 Own and manage the divisional Jira system from a product management perspective

Must-Have Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant experience

✔ Strong business and technological orientation

✔ At least 2 years of hands-on experience in process improvement or leading significant organizational change in large companies (advantage in tech companies)

✔ Experience working in Agile environments and leading significant cross-functional projects

✔ Deep knowledge of Jira (business admin level – workflows, automations, add-ons, boards, plans, JQL, etc.)

✔ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies

✔ Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

✔ Experience as a PMO

✔ Experience writing procedures and leading implementation processes
