Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Business-Oriented Senior Product Manager who doesn't just "manage features," but owns the product’s commercial success and strategic impact.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Business Value: Lead the product lifecycle with a sharp focus on Outbound strategies, market fit, and ROI.
• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a roadmap that aligns with the complex needs of Tier-1 global enterprises.
• Mentorship: Act as a focal point of knowledge, mentoring team members and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Market Mastery: Conduct deep competitive analysis and market research to keep MCE ahead of the telecommunications curve.
• End-to-End Ownership: Translate high-level business requirements into precise, actionable technical specifications.

Who You Are

• Experienced (5+ Years): You have a proven track record in Product Management within B2B, B2B2C, or B2E environments.
• Business Minded: You think like an entrepreneur. You understand that "Great Product" = "Great Business Results."
• Independent Leader: You are a self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Marketing) to success.
• Exceptional Communicator: You can present complex ideas clearly to stakeholders and customers in fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with UI/UX design.
• Academic degree (Computer Science or Business preferred).
• Background in the Telecommunications industry.
