Operations Manager

We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Operations Manager to lead large-scale operational activities, procurement and vendor management. You'll play a critical role in shaping operational excellence within a fast-moving, technology-driven organization.

What You'll Do

• End-to-end procurement processes, strategic sourcing, complex vendor negotiations, and logistics management.
• Leadership and mentorship of multidisciplinary teams (operations, procurement, logistics, field engineering).
• Large-scale operations across facilities, inventory, customer orders, and distribution.
• Budget ownership, KPI tracking, performance optimization, and execution.
• Development of operational playbooks, PMO standards, governance frameworks, and field-readiness methodologies.
• Executive dashboards, SLA tracking, analytical reporting, and performance governance.
• Cross-functional alignment with R&D, Product, Presales/Customer Success, Delivery, Finance, and Legal.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in operations and project delivery within cyber, intelligence, defense, or advanced technology organizations.
• Proven track record in procurement, contract management, strategic sourcing, and high-value negotiations.
• Strong analytical mindset -KPI ownership, data-driven decision-making, and executive-level reporting.
• Experience delivering multi-million NIS/$ programs.
• Excellent English communication skills.
