The Phoenix Group, one of Israel’s leading and most resilient financial institutions, is continuing to expand. We are looking for an experienced and sharp Investment Manager to join our Nostro team, specializing in Israel’s Corporate Bond market.

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing the firm's capital within a dynamic and professional environment, while directly influencing significant moves in the capital market.

What you’ll do?

• Portfolio Management & Analysis: Ongoing management and analysis of Israeli Corporate Bond investment portfolios, including continuous analysis of the bond market, yield curves, credit risks, and Duration (MacDur).
• Investment Decision Making: Executing investment decisions within the Nostro portfolio while meeting return targets, risk management policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Identifying Opportunities: Identifying and analyzing investment opportunities, initiating transactions, and leading/participating in bond issuances (IPO/Follow-on), managing negotiations, and more.
• Performing financial statement analysis, assessing the credit risk of Israeli corporations, and monitoring credit ratings and spreads.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics\Business Administration\Accounting.
• Valid Portfolio Management License.
• At least 6 years of experience in managing Corporate Bond investments within institutional bodies\mutual funds\hedge funds.

Full-time, Sunday-Thursday, 9 hours per day, hybrid
