PSP Onboarding & Integration

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new PSPs, EMIs, and bank partners, from initial due diligence to technical integration (API implementation) and go-live.

• Documentation & Compliance: Collect, review, and submit all necessary corporate documentation (KYB/KYC) to PSP partners, ensuring adherence to regulatory, AML, and PCI-DSS standards.

• Partnership Management: Establish and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing and new payment providers, conducting regular performance reviews to ensure high approval rates and low fees.

• Technical Coordination: Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to troubleshoot integration issues, test payment workflows, and optimize routing strategies in the cashier system.

• Risk Management: Analyze PSP performance (approval ratios, failure rates, chargebacks) and work with the Risk Team to mitigate financial risks.

• Process Improvement: Continuously refine the onboarding process to reduce timeto-market for new payment solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in PSP onboarding, payments operations, or business development within the Forex (FX), CFD, or fintech industry.

• Knowledge: Deep understanding of the payments landscape, including card processing, e-wallets, crypto payments, and local payment methods.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with cashier systems, API documentation, and CRM platforms. Proficient in MS Excel (analytical tools, data manipulation).

• Compliance: Sound knowledge of AML/KYC/KYB requirements for financial institutions.

• Communication: Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent negotiation and

interpersonal skills.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Desired
