Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Reporting:

• Report to Director of finance
• Collaborate with financial teams abroad to ensure accurate repotting to headquarters.
• Own and manage day-to-day accounting operations (GL, AR, AP, and revenue recognition).
• Work closely with the external and internal bookkeeping team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial records.
• Ensure full compliance with US GAAP and ASC 606 SaaS revenue standards.
• Lead monthly and quarterly close cycles, delivering accurate and timely financial statements.
• Support external audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting.
• Manage billing process for Driivz customers both local and abroad .
• Assist with developing and enforcing internal controls and scalable accounting policies.
• Drive continuous improvement in accounting workflows and financial visibility.
  
  

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, ideally within a SaaS or technology company.
• CPA with a Big 4 firm experience.
• Proven experience in SaaS revenue recognition (ASC 606) and usage-based business models - Strong advantage.
• Advanced experience with Priority ERP .
• Advanced experience with audit process and filling to tax authorities.
• Strong FP&A capabilities and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Excellent Excel and PPT skills.
• Knowledge in US tax policies and reporting (Sales Tax).
