We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Procurement Manager - This is an individual contributor role, focused on optimizing vendor relationships, ensuring cost efficiency, and supporting our teams with smart purchasing processes and tools.

Your day to day will look like:

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle – from identifying needs through negotiation and contract management.
• Lead and coordinate RFIs and RFPs across departments to ensure transparent and competitive vendor selection.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, HR, and Operations to streamline purchasing processes and ensure compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives and vendor performance reviews.
  
  

• 5 years of experience in procurement or sourcing within a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
• Proven experience managing RFIs/RFPs and vendor evaluation processes.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• A team player with a can-do approach!
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English - both written and verbal.
