IT System Engineer

We are seeking a senior IT System Engineer to support corporate IT systems, infrastructure, identity, security operations, and cloud environments across the organization. This role supports core IT systems, global operations, and provides technical leadership within Corporate IT while working closely with the Director of IT, MIS, and Product Security teams.

Your day to day will look like:

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and corporate SaaS platforms
• Lead and implement the migrations of SaaS solutions
• Support and maintain Corporate IT servers and services
• Execute cloud administration tasks: IAM, SSO, logs, monitoring, networking, storage policies, backup policies.
• Build automation using Power Automate, scripting (PowerShell/Bash), and API‑based integrations.
• Ensure endpoint compliance, security posture, and consistent configuration across devices.
• Support SOC2/ISO27001 evidence collection and recurring security activities.
• Serve as Tier‑3 escalation for complex incidents from IL and US support administrators.
  
  

• 7+ years of experience in IT system administration or IT infrastructure engineering.
• Expert-level knowledge in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and corporate identity/security administration.
• Must have: strong hands-on knowledge of Azure and AWS administration (IAM, networking, monitoring, system operations).
• Hands-on experience with scripting (PowerShell/Bash).
• Hands-on experience with Linux
• Strong understanding of networking, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and firewall concepts.
• Experience with ManageEngine EndpointCentral or similar MPC/MDM tools.
• Experience managing office network infrastructure (Meraki preferred).
