FP&A Manager

We're looking for a FP&A Manager with strong attention to detail, and a curiosity to understand how operations impact the bottom line. You’ll be part of the Finance team, learning how to translate data into insights, support planning processes, and help improve cost tracking and operational efficiency

Your day to day will look like:

• Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans to ensure sustainable growth and strong business performance
• Analyze company’s COGS and manufacturing costs and structure, identifying inefficiencies points and driving efficiency processes.
• Enhance inventory tracking and reporting processesStrategic Support: Develop and maintain financial models and KPI dashboards to
• analyze business performance and support data-driven decision-making based on financial results
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive operational efficiencies
• Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc projects and analysis to support business needs and strategic planning.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of financial systems, processes, and tools to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability as the company grows
  
  

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance roles in the tech industry in a high-growth environment. Experience with manufacturing, inventory management and costing is an advantage.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business models and data sets.
• Highly motivated and resourceful, with the ability to build a new function from the ground up and enable data-driven decision-making
• Fundamental understanding of software business models and key KPIs
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with NetSuite, BI tools, and financial modeling best practices
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing decision-making
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills and fluent English
