We are seeking for a Director of Product Management – Mobility SaaS Solutions to lead NoTraffic’s SaaS product portfolio. This role is responsible for defining the strategy, execution, and evolution of our cloud-based products that translate rich edge and field data into actionable insights, automation, and measurable mobility outcomes for cities and transportation agencies.

Your day to day will look like:

• Define and own the long-term SaaS product vision aligned with NoTraffic’s AI Mobility Platform
• Translate company and product strategy into clear SaaS roadmaps and priorities
• Drive platform thinking across SaaS products (scalability, reuse, APIs, data-first design)
• Set clear ownership boundaries and collaboration models across SaaS tracks
• Establish consistent product management standards, rituals, and artifacts
• Own SaaS portfolio prioritization and roadmap trade-offs
• Drive high-quality PRDs, epics, and backlog readiness
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing on positioning and go-to-market
• Translate regulatory, and municipal requirements into product direction
• Ensure the SaaS products scale reliably and securely across customers and regions
• Align cloud product decisions with Edge capabilities and real-time field execution
• Influence technical direction through strong product leadership
  
  

• 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of SaaS products
• 3+ years leading and developing product managers
• Proven experience owning complex, multi-capability products
• Strong product strategy, prioritization, and decision-making skills
• Experience working closely with engineering, data, and design teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
  

• Experience with mobility, smart cities, transportation, or infrastructure products
• Experience with data platforms, analytics, or AI-driven systems
• Familiarity with real-time or autonomous systems
• Experience operating in regulated or public-sector environments
