We’re looking for a retention & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help drive engagement, retention, and loyalty across the customer lifecycle. This is a mid-level role for someone who can execute independently, move projects forward, and collaborate closely with Product, Retention, and Data teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, push, and automated workflows using HubSpot and third-party tools
- Develop and execute retention initiatives aimed at reducing churn, increasing LTV, and driving long-term customer engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver retention and lifecycle projects end to end, moving initiatives forward from idea to execution.
- Design, manage, and continuously improve segmentation, triggers, and customer journeys across key lifecycle stages
- Support and evolve loyalty and referral programs to drive repeat usage and advocacy
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track CRM performance; Analyze funnels and retention effectiveness.
- Translate insights into actionable improvements in targeting, timing, messaging, and channel mix
- Balance brand voice with performance in creating and adapting content for email marketing communications when needed.
- 3+ years of in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing within B2C environments
- Hands-on previous experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Braze, Klaviyo, or similar (must-have)
- Strong execution skills with a project-ownership mentality
- Ability to understand both the technical and strategic aspects of CRM, and translate strategy into practical, scalable implementation
- Deep Understanding of user segmentation, behavioral triggers, journey mapping.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize performance based on insights
- Experience with Mixpanel, Tableau, Data Studio, or similar analytics tools
- Strong Plus - Experience with loyalty and referral programs.
- Fast learner; motivated, proactive, and self-driven with a can-do attitude
- Collaborative and comfortable working with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Creative, Engineering)
- High level of English required
- French or German — advantage
