Information Technology Operations Lead

We are looking for a hands-on IT professional to take ownership of our IT operations within a dynamic logistics environment. This role combines day-to-day end-user support with responsibility for warehouse systems (WMS), infrastructure, and on-site technology.

This is a standalone role with high impact, working closely with operations and management.

What You’ll Be Doing:

End-User & Hardware Support

• Provide technical support for warehouse and office workstations
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Support Microsoft 365 environment

Logistics Systems (WMS) Support

• Assist with field issue analysis and troubleshooting
• Provide guidance and explanations to operational teams
• Monitor and support WMS processes

Networks & Infrastructure

• Support and monitoring of network components (Switches, Access Points)
• Initial operation and basic troubleshooting of camera systems
• Support IT infrastructure within warehouse environments

User Management & Information Security

• Ongoing user management (password resets, onboarding new users)
• Ensure compliance with company information security policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Technical Support / Help Desk / IT Technician – mandatory
• Strong technical orientation and hands-on approach
• Organized, structured, and able to work independently across multiple interfaces
• Experience with WMS and/or ERP integrations, including MFC/PLC environments – significant advantage
• Knowledge of networking (IP, Switches, Access Points)
• Experience working in logistics or warehouse-based companies
• Hebrew & English – mandatory, Russian – advantage
