Assistant Controller

• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
• Assistance in preparing consolidated and standalone financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Preparation of reports for tax authorities and materials for the external auditor
• Budget preparation and development of work plans
• Building presentations and preparing related reports
• Ongoing collaboration with the Finance Department, particularly with the Accounting team

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory
• At least two years of internship experience, with knowledge in the real estate sector
• Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm – mandatory
• Experience in preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS regulations
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel skills
• Experience auditing public companies
• Ability to work independently as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple interfaces
• Ability to work under pressure
