About the role

For a subsidiary company engaged in client portfolio management and leading the establishment of a new technology team, we are seeking a Technical Project Manager for a role combining business understanding, process leadership, and close collaboration with technology teams.

The position includes daily interaction with a business project manager alongside leading the technological aspects of cross-organizational projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end technology projects from requirements gathering, through specification and planning, to implementation, go-live, and measurement.
• Work continuously with users and business stakeholders to understand needs, perform gap analysis, and translate them into technical and functional specification documents.
• Manage interfaces with development, BI, and infrastructure teams in a parallel technology company, including tracking task status, timelines, and identifying blockers.
• Plan and lead monitoring, measurement, and continuous improvement processes for systems and workflows; participate in steering committees; prepare presentations and status reports for management.
• Identify improvement opportunities and initiate technology projects based on deep business understanding of the activity.

Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in similar roles (technology project management / technical PMO / techno-business analysis).

Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Technology / Industrial Engineering & Management / Information Systems.

Proficiency in SQL and ability to work with data.

Experience writing specification documents - significant advantage.

System-level understanding and ability to work with multiple interfaces
