Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Import & Operations Coordinator based in Kadima, with the flexibility to work from home on certain occasions. Responsibilities include managing import processes, documentation, and logistics operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations. The role involves liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs, as well as monitoring shipment schedules. Additional duties include coordinating with internal teams to streamline operations and support supply chain activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in import/export documentation, logistics coordination, and supply chain management
• Knowledge of global trade regulations and compliance standards
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for vendor and team collaboration
• Familiarity with relevant software tools and technology for operations and logistics
• Ability to adapt to hybrid work settings and manage time effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries is an advantage
