Role Description

This is a Part-time hybrid role for a Student Backend Developer, based in the Tel Aviv, with flexible work-from-home options. The Student Backend Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining back-end components of modern web applications. You’ll work closely with experienced developers, contribute to real production systems, and help shape a scalable, high-impact product from an early stage.

This role is an excellent opportunity for developers at the beginning of their career, including recent graduates or students nearing the end of their studies, who are eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain back-end features for web applications
• Work with modern frameworks and technologies in a collaborative environment
• Participate in technical problem-solving and design discussions
• Contribute to building secure, scalable, and user-friendly software
• Learn best practices in software development from an experienced team

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in Backend or Web Development
• Familiarity with back-end development using Java and/or Python
• Strong understanding of Software Development principles and practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Knowledge of industry best practices and development processes
• Relevant studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar fields

(a degree is a plus, but not required)
