This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lavon for a Purchasing and Logistics Manager (מנהל/ת רכש ולוגיסטיקה). The role involves overseeing procurement processes, supplier relationships, and logistics management to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities include negotiating with vendors, managing supply chain operations, coordinating inventory management, and optimizing procurement strategies. This role will also involve monitoring and analyzing purchasing and logistics data to improve efficiency and performance.

• Proficiency in procurement and supplier relationship management
• Experience in logistics operations, including inventory management and supply chain coordination
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities in both written and spoken forms
• Familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant tools
• Leadership experience in purchasing and logistics
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in manufacturing or high-tech industry is an advantage
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of Hebrew advantageous
