US Finance & Operations Manager

We are a premier, global consumer goods company with a strong international presence and a reputation for excellence. We are looking for a high-caliber US Finance & Operations Manager to take full ownership of the financial and operational management of our growing U.S. division.

This is a unique, hybrid position for a professional who thrives at the intersection of Finance and Operations. You will serve as the key link between our headquarters in Israel and our U.S. market activity, ensuring seamless execution across the entire business cycle. Financial Management & Control:

• Lead the monthly close process for U.S. operations and ensure accurate reporting to Group Finance, working closely with external accountants.
• Support annual budget preparation, forecasting, and ongoing variance analysis.
• Coordinate multi-state U.S. Sales Tax filings with external tax advisors and support broader U.S. regulatory compliance.

Operations & Supply Chain Integrity:

• Take ownership of U.S. inventory management, ensuring alignment between financial systems and physical stock, with a strong focus on COGS and margin impact.
• Manage relationships with 3PL partners, fulfillment centers, and other logistics providers.
• Oversee inventory-related controls, including reconciliations and periodic physical counts.
• Monitor import and export processes and assess their financial impact.

Commercial & Business Interface:

• Handle customer collections, receivables, and chargebacks.
• Serve as the primary interface for North American customers, partners, and service providers on finance and operations topics.
• Provide business-oriented financial insights to support decision-making for the U.S. division.

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Operations, or business-oriented management roles.
• Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in financial reporting; experience with U.S. Sales Tax and/or inventory-based operations is a significant advantage.
• CPA / accounting certification is a plus.
• Excellent English (written and spoken) is mandatory for working with U.S.-based stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (Priority is an advantage).
• A hands-on, independent worker with a strong ownership mindset and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work across U.S. business hours as needed.
