Atreo is hiring an Art Director to lead visual identity work for global tech movements. You’ll own the visual side of Movement Design projects end to end, from early concept through full visual systems and execution. You’ll be the primary designer on your projects and work directly with founders, CEOs, and CMOs at international tech companies.

This is not a role focused on brand “refreshes.” It’s about building brands from scratch for companies introducing entirely new paradigms in tech.

End-to-End Brand Building: Lead the creative process from initial concept to full visual identity systems and final execution.

Brand Owner: Serve as the primary designer on your projects, crafting everything from brand guidelines to pixel-perfect UI and brand assets.

Complex to Iconic: Translate deep technical concepts into clear, simplified visual stories that resonate with global audiences.

The Presenter: Confidently present your creative vision to stakeholders, CEOs, and CMOs of leading tech companies, explaining the strategic logic behind the work.

Continuous Innovation: Stay at the forefront of design trends and AI, ensuring Atreo’s output remains a high standard in the B2B tech space.

Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Designer or Art Director, ideally in a branding or creative agency, or as an in-house brand designer at a tech company.

AI Tooling: Strong command of AI creative tools as an integral part of your design workflow.

Education: A relevant academic degree in Visual Communication or a related design field.

Experience with motion design.

Experience with advanced web technologies such as WebGL.

Experience working with tech companies.
