About the Position

Meckano provides an advanced technological solution for HR management and organizational efficiency. We are looking for a talented Sales Representative to join our team.Looking to break into the High-Tech world? This is a perfect opportunity for motivated individuals with a background in sales (even from call centers or retail) who are ready to take their career to the next level. In this role, you will manage sales processes from start to finish and help businesses grow using our technology.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire sales cycle with B2B clients.
Identify client needs and match them with Meckano's smart solutions.
Create professional proposals and lead negotiations to close deals.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in sales (Call centers, frontal sales, or retail) - Must.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew.
Proven ability to handle objections and manage negotiations - Must.
Experience working with business clients - Significant advantage.
High-level English - Advantage.
High energy, "hungry" for success, and a fast learner.
