Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and hands-on Electronics Engineer to join our growing R&D team.

This is a key role in a multidisciplinary environment developing a cutting-edge wearable medical AR device. The Electronics Engineer will take part in the full product lifecycle, from concept and architecture definition through design, testing, integration, and transfer to production.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate analog and digital electronic circuits
• Lead schematic design and support PCB layout processes
• Bring-up, debug, and optimize electronic boards and subsystems
• Perform lab testing and characterization using measurement equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, spectrum analyzer, DMM, etc.)
• Support integration with embedded software and system teams
• Define power architecture and optimize power consumption
• Work closely with Mechanical, Optical, and Software teams in system-level integration
• Support prototype builds, validation, and production transfer (NPI)
• Investigate and resolve field issues and root cause analysis
• Create and maintain technical documentation (schematics, BOM, test reports, ECOs)
• Work according to medical device design control processes and quality standards

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in electronic board design
• Strong experience with analog and digital circuit design
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools
• Experience with high-speed interfaces (e.g., PCIe, USB, MIPI)
• Familiarity with power management and battery-operated systems
• Experience with board bring-up and debugging
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• Experience with complex rigid-flex and HDI PCB technologies
• Experience with Altium Designer
• Experience with embedded devices running Linux/Android
• Experience with imaging sensors
• Familiarity with C and Python programming languages
• Experience with BSP/Devicetree development
• Experience in medical device development under regulated environments
• Familiarity with standards such as International Organization for Standardization 13485 or International Electrotechnical Commission 60601
• Experience with RF, wireless communication (WiFi / BT)
• Experience working with CM and mass production processes
