Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Specialist located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The BIM Specialist will be responsible for BIM coordination, architecture, building information modeling (BIM), IT Infrastructures and electrical and submittals.

Qualifications

• Advanced BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) expertise.
• Strong architecture and multidisciplinary engineering knowledge.
• Extensive experience with IT infrastructure and complex Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Proven experience modeling highly complex, mission-critical systems (e.g., data centers, critical facilities, AI-ready infrastructure).
• Ability to lead BIM processes, standards implementation, and model governance across projects.
• Submittals and technical documentation expertise.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-disciplinary collaboration abilities.
• Ability to take full ownership of deliverables, demonstrate initiative, and manage priorities independently.
• Managerial mindset with high accountability, professionalism, and commitment.
• Experience mentoring team members and supporting project stakeholders.
• Relevant certification in a related field.
