Assistant Controller (CPA)

A global fintech company based in Netanya is hiring an Assistant Controller (CPA) - a great first in-house role for a recently certified CPA after a Big 4/5 internship.
In this role, you will work directly with the CFO in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities:
• Support and take part in the month-end close process and monthly reporting
• Prepare financial reporting packages and reports for management and the parent company
• Perform financial and analytical analyses
• Monitor expenses and support budget and forecast tracking
• Work with external parties: annual audits, tax authorities reviews, tax reporting, and ongoing communication with the parent company
• Provide professional support to the accounting team

Requirements:
• Certified CPA after internship at one of the Big 4/5 firms – mandatory
• Excellent Excel skills – mandatory
• High level of English (reading, writing, speaking) – mandatory
• Priority ERP – advantage
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
