Role Description

This full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager is based in Nes Ziona. Responsibilities include managing and growing relationships with key accounts, crafting business plans to meet both client and company objectives, analyzing customer needs to drive solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Key Account Manager will also collaborate internally to ensure the delivery of high-quality, tailored solutions to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Account Management and handling Key Accounts
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate client needs and business opportunities
  • Experience in Business Planning and strategy development
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills with a client-first mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in industries related to fluid control, valves, or mechatronics is an advantage
