The Opportunity

We’re building an AI/ML-powered product for the construction sector, designed to reduce costly mistakes and improve efficiency, focusing on complex information workflows. This is a solution the industry has been waiting for years – now finally achievable through smart engineering and measurable quality.

The Role

CTO & Technical Co-Founder – define the technical vision and build the product from Zero-to-One.

This is a hands-on role:

Write code and deliver MVP / POC

Set engineering standards

Later hire and lead the first engineering team as the product scales

Must-Have Requirements

Proven experience as a hands-on builder of complex end-to-end systems

Strong backend engineering (Python preferred), APIs, databases, system design

Applied AI/ML for structured and unstructured data, including retrieval/RAG as needed

Strong evaluation mindset – able to measure quality and improve systematically

Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and Zero-to-One execution

Nice-to-Have

Experience with layout/symbol/annotation recognition in complex documents

Knowledge of rule engines or constraint-based validation systems

Ability to deploy and operate a small production-grade system (Cloud, Docker, monitoring)

Basic full-stack skills for internal tools or demo UI

Early-stage startup experience (founder or early hire)
